1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (‘Agreement’) govern the house cleaning services provided by Forty
Figures Property Management (‘Company,’ ‘we,’ ‘our,’ or ‘us’) to the client (‘Client,’ ‘you,’ or ‘your’).
By booking a cleaning service with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Services Provided
– We offer general, deep, and specialized cleaning services as outlined in our service list.
– Services are performed based on the details provided during booking.
– Additional services may be requested and are subject to extra charges.
3. Pricing & Payments
– Service charges are based on the size of the home, level of cleaning required, and additional
services requested.
– Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
– We accept [list payment methods, e.g., cash, credit card, bank transfer].
– Late payments may incur a late fee of [insert amount or percentage].
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
– Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least **24 hours in advance**.

5. Access to Property

6. Safety & Working Conditions
– Our cleaners will not move heavy furniture or handle hazardous materials.
– For the safety of our staff, we do not clean areas with infestations (e.g., pests, mold).
– We require a safe working environment, including running water and electricity.
7. Liability & Damages
– We take care in handling your property, but accidents may happen.
– If we damage an item, we will notify you immediately and assess the situation.
– We are not responsible for damages due to normal wear and tear, improper installation, or
pre-existing conditions.
– Claims must be reported within **24 hours** of service completion.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
– If you are dissatisfied with our service, you must report the issue within **24 hours**.
– We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaints, including a re-cleaning if necessary.
– Refunds are issued at our discretion.
9. Confidentiality & Privacy
– We respect your privacy and handle your personal information securely.
– Our staff will not disclose or misuse any personal information or property details.
10. Force Majeure
– We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme
weather, natural disasters, emergencies).
11. Amendments
– We may update these terms as needed. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
12. Governing Law
